Yesterday, Sam & I received a call to come pick Sawyer up, as he had a 100.2 degree temperature and had been fussy most of the day. We figured this day would be coming sooner, rather than later, as most of the babies in his class have been sick during the past 2 weeks. We took him to the doctor, and his temperature was 99.3, which did not impress the doctor! He was diagnosed with a cold and pink eye. Today, I stayed home with Sawyer, as he has to be on antibiotics for 24 hours before returning to daycare. He did not act like a sick child at all today, and we had a great time playing. He still has an occasional cough and his eyes are still pretty watery, but other than that -- he is the happy baby we know and love.

Sawyer once we returned home from seeing the doctor. Its amazing all he had was a cold and pink eye after sitting in the waiting room with all the other sick kids at the doctor's office!
