Sawyer has some REALLY BIG NEWS to share with everyone --- he is going to be a BIG BROTHER!!! His new brother/sister will arrive around October 12. Sawyer is VERY EXCITED and loves to tell people he is going to be a big brother. Today we went for a 12 week ultrasound, which checks for several genetic abnormalities. We won't have the official results until later in the week, but the ultrasound tech stated "everything looks great!" We are all very excited to add more excitement to our house. Below are a few of the ultrasound pictures from today. Sawyer really looked at the pictures. I don't know if he really knew what to think. I certainly don't think the pictures looked like a baby to him!
Sawyer and his new firetruck! He LOVES this truck and made sure to tell mommy and daddy not to play with it while he was going night-night!

Sam & I were amazed at how much the baby was moving during the ultrasound. We can't believe we will be a third of the way through this pregnancy at the end of the week!

Bonus Sawyer pictures -- I took these Monday morning before we left for school/work. It snowed here on both Saturday & Sunday. We had about an inch of snow that covered the ground and was in the trees. Sawyer thought it was really funny there was snow outside!
