Saturday morning, we met the Webb Family in Lee's Summit for breakfast, then went to the Oktoberfest in the downtown area. Sawyer & Loralie had a great time with all the fun kid's activities. Sawyer had the opportunity to ride a pony, which he really thought was fun! They especially enjoyed the candy! They were able to run off plenty of energy in the courthouse square. We had lunch, then went home for naptime. It was a beautiful, fun day! Here are some pictures from our fun morning!
Sawyer on a bench in the courthouse square.
Attempting to get a good picture of Loralie & Sawyer -- very difficult to get two -- 2 year olds to look at you & smile at the same time!
So excited about his face painting and airplane!
Working on making an art project.
They needed a little help from mommy & daddy!
Loralie & her daddy (Roger) --- mmmm suckers!
Pony ride time!
He kept saying "giddy up horsey!"
Sawyer all jazzed up on sugar!
Loralie & Sawyer showing off their decorated pumpkins.
Loralie was the only one who would sit still long enough for a cute picture. Sawyer is all boy and kept trying to "bam" his pumpkin by throwing it down!
Sawyer's pouty lip -- he had to sit in time out -- after all the sugar he had eaten, his "listening ears" were broken and he needed some redirection.
Loralie & Sawyer with their daddy's -- off to lunch!
Such cuties!
Loralie & Sawyer walking with their mommy's after lunch.
Tired kiddos!
