On Christmas Eve, mommy had to go to work, but only had to work half a day (thank goodness!). Papa & Grandma Collins were already at our house and Grandma Pam & Aunt Lisa arrived in the early afternoon. Sawyer helped mommy make Santa some chocolate chip cookies after he woke up from his nap. He loves to help in the kitchen and does everything from measure to crack eggs to mix, and his favorite thing to do is sample! The boys were VERY EXCITED and could hardly wait to open a present. In fact, we let them open one present before dinner and they had lots of fun playing with their new light sabers. We had a delicious dinner by candle light, then Sawyer set out cookies and milk for Santa and carrots for the reindeer. Sutton went to bed at his usual 7:00pm bedtime, but Sawyer was so excited it took him until almost 9:00pm to fall asleep! We were all excited too! Christmas is so much fun with kids!
Papa -- babysitting Sutton!
Sawyer's cheesy smile -- we told him we had to take pictures before he could open a present.
These next few pictures show how picture taking is with these 2 boys!
Silly face on Sawyer......
By the time we have Sawyer kind of smiling, Sutton is done .....
Good smile from Sawyer, but Sutton is long gone!
Yeah!! Finally present time!
Being a good big brother and helping Sutton out.
