This little cutie turned 18 months old on April 4!! We can't believe he is half-way to two already. Today, we took him for his 18 month check-up with Dr. M. He now weighs 24 pounds, 3 ounces and is 32 inches tall. He is holding steady at 50th percentile for both height and weight. We also found out he had a left ear infection, and were given some antibiotics. Sutton is a VERY happy boy, as long as he isn't hungry! He loves reading, coloring, and being outside. He is really starting to jabber and will try to repeat words we say. He is starting to identify his colors, when he wants to, and not always accurately. He loves books with flaps and his favorite book is "Dear Zoo." He still tries to run and keep up with his brother. He really LOVES snack time and is a VERY good eater. Most nights, he eats more food than Sawyer. He has been in the toddler room at school for about 6 weeks now and is really liking it. He gets to sing, read books, do an art project and play outside everyday. He even sleeps on a cot at nap time. We transitioned him to a toddler bed last weekend, and he is doing great sleeping in his new "big boy bed!" He does have a very strong will and is adamant about getting his way most of the time. We are having so much fun watching him grow and watching he and Sawyer interact. Sawyer is a very protective big brother. We can't believe our baby is now 18 months old!
