Sawyer had his spring field trip to Paradise Park in Lees Summit. They had several learning stations, an art project, a snack, and several play areas for them to circulate through during the two hours they were there. Half of the kindergarten classes went the day before, and Sawyer was REALLY looking forward to the "face painting." It was a station where they had free time to use special crayons to draw on their faces. Here was his creation. He turned around and said "look mom, it looks like I have sunglasses on!" It took eye make up remover to take this stuff off, but he sure had fun. Mommy was glad to be able to take half a day off to share this field trip with him. What a fun morning!
