We started our day by going to the neighborhood parade. The boys did not want to decorate their bikes this year, and Sutton wanted to wear a blue shirt, not the flag shirt I thought he would wear! We went down to the shelter house at 9:00 for the parade and donuts. We went out to lunch for Mommy's birthday at Mint Sushi. It was delicious! We took a family rest, then went over to the Hardin's for the main event -- fireworks! This year we did not go to the pool, as Sawyer had a sunburn from our pool time earlier this week. It was a full day of fun! We were all tired at the end of the day!

Sutton was so excited to light fireworks. We gave the boys a $20 budget at the fireworks tent. It was funny watching them agonize over what to buy!
