Last night, Sawyer was cruising around the coffee table and had crossed over to the couch, like he always does --- unfortunately, he lost his balance and fell back on the coffee table (actually the drawer pulls on the coffee table). He immediately started crying and had a small cut and area of swelling on his head. After about two minutes, he was all better and ready to play some more. The whole experience was WAY more traumatic for mommy and daddy than Sawyer. He is doing fine, and I am sure this is only the first of many boo-boos he will have, since he is getting closer and closer to walking everyday!
His owie is on the right side of his head, in his hairline --- yes, it is that little red spot you see! It was much more swollen last night.
There is also a little brusing.
Look at my 2 front teeth!! Everytime we get the camera out, Sawyer gives us this silly smile! I think it is his way of telling us we take way too many pictures!

Look at you, Mr. Out and About! I think we'll blame MOM for this one...making you so strong and physically coordinated before dad was prepared with the baby proofing...:0) We need to send LC to boot camp at your house!!
