What a crazy, fun weekend we had! We headed to Hallsville to visit Grandma Pam on Friday night. We arrived just in time for dinner, then it was bath time and bedtime for Sawyer. We left Hallsville ~8:30am on Saturday morning to make it to St. Louis for a surprise picnic for Rae. This amazing lady has ran a marathon in all 50 states! She is the mother of Sam's college roommate and we didn't want to miss this event. Grandma & Grandpa Collins also came to St. Louis for the weekend to congratulate Rae. After the picnic it was off to the hotel for a nap, pool time with Henry & Ben, followed by dinner time with everyone, cake at the Mohrmann's House, and then bed time again! It was not hard to get Sawyer to sleep in the hotel, as he was exhausted from his activity filled day! Sunday morning after breakfast, we decided to visit the zoo for a couple hours before heading home. We had a great weekend, but traveling sure does wear us out! None of us were ready to get up this morning and get back to our weekday routine!
Playing with the Elmo tool bench at Grandma Pam's. He really loves to dance to the music and push all the buttons. He is more and more fascinated by this everytime we visit.
Pool time! Notice he hasn't miss many meals! I think his little belly is so cute!

At the zoo, Sawyer LOVED pointing out all the animals to us.
Watching the kangaroos jump around.
He loved watching the animals, even if our trip to the zoo was brief.
