Today, we took Sutton to the doctor for his 4 month check-up. He is now 14 pounds, 9 ounces (75th percentile) and is 25 inches long (75th percentile). He had to have 2 shots and one vaccine by mouth. He did great at the visit and didn't even cry until the last shot, then he started screaming and turned bright red. Luckily, mommy was able to pick him up quickly & feed him to calm him down. By the time we left, he was all smiles again and we gave him some Motrin to help the pain this evening.
Sutton, sleeping soundly when we arrived home.
Yesterday, Sawyer came home with two bandaids on the side of his face, as a kid at school had scratched him. We were not very happy! They moved a few kids up from the younger classroom and it was one of those kids who scratched Sawyer. We took the bandaids off last night, cleaned the scratch again & put some neosporin on it. Sawyer then wanted a Spiderman bandaid!
Tonight, Sawyer & Sutton received a package in the mail. Sawyer was so excited and wanted to open it immediately. It was a Valentine's Day package from Aunt Sheila, Uncle Steve & Cousin Dalton. He was so excited to have a ring pop tonight after dinner! Thanks for making Sawyer's Day!
See how excited he was!
The anticipation was almost too much!
Sawyer asked to feed his brother tonight, so of course I had to photograph the event!
Sutton was smiling a lot and Sawyer did a great job. Sutton is really liking cereal. It won't be too long before we move onto veggies & fruit!
