This past weekend, we had a "movie night" at the house. We rented "The Lorax" and watched it after we put Sutton to bed. Sawyer brought his pillow pet and Christmas blanket into the living room to watch the movie. He didn't want to curl up on the couch, instead he wanted to lay in the floor. He really liked the movie & it kept his attention the entire time. In fact, when it was done at 8:30 -- after his usual bedtime -- he asked if he could watch it again and was disappointed we told him it was bedtime!
Really relaxing!
He LOVES riding his bike up our driveway, which has a bit of an incline to it.
After we arrived back home on Sunday after eating breakfast out and running errands, Sawyer wanted to drive his dune racer "on the sidewalk." Mommy chased him down our entire street. I mean literally chased him, as his dune racer goes pretty fast and he of course was running it in high gear! He thought it was so fun!
Sutton still continues to be a BIG eater. Over the weekend I made a beef and noodle recipe and he ate and ate and ate it. He LOVED it and had it all over his face, hands and even in his ear! I know I have made a good meal when no one is talking, everyone's plates are empty, and Sutton is covered in food residue!
