Today we took Sutton for his 2 year check-up. Wow two years sure does go by fast! He was 27.6 pounds and 34 inches tall. He continues to be in the 50th percentile for both height and weight! Our pediatrician was happy with his growth and development. He did great at the doctor's office and didn't even cry until it was time for his flu mist. Sawyer was a great help while we were there (as he came along for his flu mist too). Sutton continues to be a VERY active boy who does not like to sit still, unless he is looking at a book or doing a puzzle. He loves to run, jump, and do anything his big brother is doing. He is working on potty training -- some days, as his schedule allows! He does great some days and other days he throws a complete fit when we even ask him if he wants to use the potty. He loves playing outside and the swing is one of his favorite things. He is talking in 3-5 word sentences when he wants too! He is a very inquisitive kid and is always watching to see how things work. He also has a fiery temper we sometimes see, but luckily his temper usually can be turned around quickly. He has been such a wonderful addition to our family. He sure does love his big brother! We love watching our boys grow up!
