Well, that school year went by way too fast! We can't believe today was Sawyer's last day of school. I asked him if he was going to wear a button up shirt today, since it was his last day and he said "Mrs. Wenger knows I don't wear button shirts!" He had a great day and was able to meet his first grade teacher -- Mrs. English. He knows about 8 of the kids in his first grade class, and one of them is his friend Reese who lives down the street. He also told us three of his current classmates will be in first grade with him. What a fantastic first year of school he had! We can't say enough good things about his teacher. He now has a love of school, and a love of reading and writing.
