This weekend, Grandma Pam & Aunt Lisa came to visit us. Mommy & Daddy were able to get a few things done around the house. We were also able to have a date night, which is always appreciated! The boys had lots of fun entertaining them. This afternoon, I took the boys to the pool for a few hours. It was entirely too hot to be playing outside at home! They both tried new things at the pool -- Sawyer jumped of the diving board, numerous times and Sutton was swimming in the deep side of the pool with his life jacked on. Sawyer has been begging to go off the diving board, but I was afraid he wouldn't be able to recover from jumping into 10 foot water -- I was wrong! He did fantastic! We have been trying to get Sutton to wear his life jacket all summer, as he likes to swim in the deeper water, but we have to hang onto him and catch him when he jumps in off the side of the pool. Today was the day he decided he would try it! His friend Camille was there, and had her life jacket on! We have two little fish at our house that LOVE to swim! They were exhausted tonight! We also ran into several friends at the pool, which is always fun.
