We went south this past weekend to visit Grandma & Papa on the farm. The boys had fun exploring on the farm. We picked them up early on Friday to make the 4 hour drive home. We had a fun, busy weekend! It was great to see Grandma & Papa and friends we haven't seen for awhile. We also stayed in a hotel on Sunday night, as Papa had knee replacement surgery on Monday (which went very well!). The boys LOVED swimming in the hotel pool. They are both good swimmers, and love the water. I see a pool pass in our future again this summer! Here are the photos I captured this weekend....

In the hospital waiting room. Grandpa had to be at the hospital at 6:30. The boys & Mommy slept in and arrived at the hospital around 9:00. Thank goodness the boys slept in, as Papa's surgery didn't even start until after 1:00pm due to issues in the operating room. While we were waiting, we did have several people compliment our boys on how well behaved they were. (We must be doing something right!) It was a long day for them, but they did great!
They were happy to be back home after our trip!
