Sam has been trying to catch a pesky raccoon we have had around our house. Some of our neighbors have said the raccoon is "really big." Sam figured we had a big male. Imagine our surprise when we caught something in the cage, but there were 2 baby raccoons which were also ON TOP of the cage! The babies would not venture far from the cage where their mom was, and we knew they wouldn't survive without their mom. So...... Sam let the mommy raccoon out in the woods, and off they went back into the woods! What a way to begin the day! Sawyer thought the baby raccoons were very cute as we watched them in the backyard, and wanted to go pet them!
