State Basketball

This weekend, we were at Grandma Pam's house and Grandma & Papa Collins were also there.  We were all in town to go the the High School Basketball Championship games.  It has become a yearly tradition for all of us.  We watched basketball from ~noon to ~6:00pm on Saturday before taking the boys home.   Sawyer had a great time playing with his toys and walking around Mizzou arena. He did not want to sit court side, as it was "too loud" and he kept covering his ears.  We watched the games from the lounge level, which also allows him plenty of room to run and play.  We had agreed he could skip his nap, but he took a nap while we were there anyway.  Sutton followed his usual schedule and enjoyed being loved on by his grandma's!  Daddy & Papa stayed and watched all the games.  The boys had so much fun with their grandparents!   What a fun weekend we had!

Sawyer was going to "skip his nap."  Unfortunately, the sleep bug found him!

Sunday morning, Sutton was up at 5:30am!  He played for awhile then had some snuggle/sleep time with Grandma Pam.  We were trying to be quiet to allow everyone else to get some more sleep!

These pictures are a little blurry .... but right before we were getting ready to leave Sawyer was having fun jumping off the ottoman (which is something he does at our house).  Sutton was laughing and really watching Sawyer's every move, as he was trying to jump and move his legs as fast as Sawyer.  They were really cracking us up!

Tonight for bath time, we decided to try a new seat for Sutton.  He liked being able to grab his feet and suck on the side of the seat.  He is still a tad bit small for this seat, but he sure liked sitting upright!
