Today we took Sutton in for his 6 month check-up. He now weighs 16 pounds, 12 ounces (50th percentile) and is 26 inches tall (75th percentile). He had to have 3 shots. He didn't mind the first one, but started crying after the second one, and really disliked the third shot. He was able to be calmed down with a little TLC. His pediatrician thought he was "a very alert baby with advanced motor skills." The doctor was surprised to see Sutton rocking on all 4's and pushing up with his legs when he is standing with support. He has been happy since we arrived home and is taking his evening "power nap" with Daddy. Here are a few pictures I captured after we arrived home. Sutton continues to grow and is a very healthy little guy. We will go back to the doctor again in July for his 9 month check-up, and Sutton was excited to hear there won't be any shots at that visit!
