This weekend, we went to visit Grandma & Papa Collins on the farm. We left our house ~1:30pm on Friday for the almost 4 hour drive. Surprisingly, we didn't have to stop once during our trip. Sutton slept most of the way, and Sawyer even took a little nap. Sawyer LOVED seeing all the new baby calves on the farm. He took numerous walks out in the pasture to see them, but seemed disappointed when they wouldn't just walk right up to him! He especially liked being pulled in the wagon out to see the cows. They did let him get within about 6 feet of them, and wanted to follow him when he started walking away. Sawyer also had the opportunity to drive Daddy's truck in the pasture. He had REALLY been looking forward to driving. On Saturday night, Mommy & Daddy spent their first night away from both boys. We spent the evening with some of Daddy's high school friends at their cabin. The boys had fun with Grandma & Papa, but they sure were happy to see Mommy & Daddy on Sunday morning. We had a great weekend! Here are some snapshots from our weekend.
