I was lucky enough to be able to attend Sawyer's first kindergarten field trip. They went to a pumpkin patch in Belton. They all had a great time, and there was so much to do. They had a fire truck and army jeep for them to climb on, a play barn with slides and a rock wall, a school bus full of sand, lots of tunnels, a hay maze, lots of farm animals, and of course a pumpkin patch! We had a picnic lunch. What a fun day we had. It was absolutely beautiful! After the field trip was over, I took Sawyer home and we stopped for a treat -- he chose Starbucks for a cake pop!

Sawyer has the blue hoodie on. They all had to wear their t-shirts over their shirts, and Sawyer convinced me their shirts were long sleeve, so he wore a short sleeve shirt. He put his shirt over his sweat jacket, as it was a little chilly at the beginning of the day.
They had to be able to carry the pumpkin they picked out!

They did some waiting in line as we went from thing to thing.
Trying to get a cute picture of Sawyer and Mrs. Wenger -- only one of them was cooperative!
But ... I took a picture where he didn't know I was taking a picture!
Trying to get 19 kids to sit down for a picture!
Sawyer is standing in the front.
By the time we took the picture, he had his "pout face" on!
They had a school bus that was partially buried and full of sand in the back. All the kids wanted to drive it!
Checking out the animals.
Petting a baby chick.
It was a beautiful farm.
Rock wall time!
Climbing on the fire truck!
