Today was the first day of school for the boys. We now officially have two school agers in our house! Sutton started kindergarten and Sawyer is in third grade. They are in separate schools this year, and we (okay, Mommy) likes to drop them off at school on the first day. It created a slight logistical problem with what time we were going to drop each kid off, as we were discussing this the night before school, Sawyer says "why can't I just ride the bus with my friends?" Well, that wasn't even an option Mommy had considered. However, we did drop Sawyer off at Kidz Inc to ride to school with his friends on the bus and took Sutton to the primary school, which was a complete zoo! They were both super excited! Sutton did have a slight moment as we were entering the building where he had to stop to give hugs, but quickly recovered once Daddy took him into the gym with his friends. Mommy was able to leave work a little early and see them both come off the bus. They both had fantastic first days and can't wait to go back again tomorrow!
