We started our morning out at Mille Lacs Kathio State Park for some more hiking. We did a one mile loop and a 4 mile loop by Indian burial grounds and archeological sites from settlers. When we arrived back at the cabin, the boys wanted to go play in the sand. Mom and Dad spent the afternoon bundle up on the shore. It was chilly and windy! The boys didn't seem to mind a bit! They played for several hours in the sand.
The boys slept very well in the cabin! We were up at least an hour before them each day.
