Sawyer has started trying to out smart us. For example, we had several of Sam's co-workers over on Saturday. There was a lot of food out on the table. We look over and see Sawyer helping himself to a sugar cookie and tell him no more cookies until he eats a good dinner. A few minutes later, we look over and he is eating a brownie -- not a cookie!
Last night, he was getting several blankets out from a basket in our living room. I told him not to bring out any more blankets, and he emerges with several pillows! He is really starting to assert his independence and we are going to have to start being very specific. He is one step ahead of us at every turn it seems!
I think three is going to be more challenging than two for sure!
