Yesterday, we were invited to a pig roast at a friend of Sam's. Sawyer has been so excited and could hardly wait to go to the "pig roast!" We ran some errands in the morning, ate lunch, and told Sawyer he had to take a good nap before we left. He really wanted to go, so didn't even put up a fight for nap time. I think he fell asleep within 5-10 minutes, which is a record for him. After nap, he came running down the hall asking "can we go to the pig roast now!" He was so excited. When we arrived, there were lots of kids to play with, but all of them were older than Sawyer. He had fun running around chasing a soccer ball and checking out the chickens and pigs on their farm. What a great night we had. Sawyer arrived home covered in dirt and exhausted! Sutton slept at the party some, woke-up for awhile, then immediately fell asleep on the ride home.
