Memorial Day

Just a cute story about Sawyer and Memorial Day.  Earlier in the week we were trying to explain to Sawyer we would be home on Monday, since it is Memorial Day.  He of course immediately asked what Memorial Day was.  I was sitting there trying to figure out how to explain it to him in a way he would understand and told him it is a day where we remember everyone who is in heaven.  We have a photo collage of our extended families and have lots of people who are in heaven and have never met the boys on the collage, so it was a concept he mildly understood.    He looked at me and immediately said "they are all coming to our house for a party?" and was so excited.  We then had to explain to him when you go to heaven you stay there.  He is always full of questions.  Hopefully, we will continue to have the answers he is looking for.
