What another great weekend we had! We started our weekend off by celebrating our anniversary. Then, Saturday morning we took Daddy to a new breakfast place to celebrate Father's Day. We loved the restaurant! Sawyer ate almost all of his chocolate chip pancake and kept saying "we should come back here again sometime!" We ran a few errands, then played outside all afternoon. Sunday, we spent the day at home, as Daddy had to get ready to go out of town for work all next week. I was able to cook a few meals at home for us, and we harvested some of the herbs & vegetables from our garden -- lettuce, carrots, onions, rosemary & basil. Sawyer thought it was great fun to eat some of the produce we had grown. We had LOTS of fun this weekend!
Happy Father's Day to a wonderful Daddy!
Sutton, Daddy & Sawyer
Our "soccer player!" We bought him a child's soccer ball. He loves it!
Bath time!
Sawyer was a hot, sweaty mess! He plays so hard when he is outside. You know you have had a good summer day when there is a dirt ring around the tub!
Nothing cuter than hooded towels on blue-eyed babies!
Daddy's presents. The boys made him lots of cute things at school, with their hand prints. Daddy has a few new pen cups to use at work now!
Sutton looks so BIG in his exersaucer. I am sure he won't like this thing much longer. He likes to move and explore too much to be contained by this thing!
Daddy and "pirate Sawyer" rough-housing!
Playing tee-ball. He can really hit the ball hard now!
Yes, he wore this bandana all day long -- just "like a pirate!" One of his favorite shows on Disney is "Jake and the Neverland Pirates!" He has such a BIG imagination.
Our cute little spectator. He watches every move Sawyer makes and can't wait to get in the middle of the action!
Taking a "power nap" with Daddy before dinner time.
