Sutton -- 2 month check-up

We took Sutton to the doctor for his 2 month check up today.  He now weighs 12 pounds (75th percentile) and is 22.5 inches long (90th percentile).  He went from the 20th percentile in height at his 2 week check-up to the 90th percentile!  He has gained 4 pounds and grown 3.5 inches in the past 6 weeks.  Sutton is really growing!  In fact, his pediatrician was not surprised to hear he is still getting up 3 times every night to eat, since he is growing at such a rapid rate.
He did very well at the doctor's office, until the nurse was giving him his shots.  Poor little guy had to have 3 shots and a small something to drink.  He did great until the nurse started the 3rd shot, then he turned bright red and immediately starting screaming!  It is so hard to watch your children in pain.  I was able to feed him, and he calmed down.  He was a little fussier than usual tonight and even had some real tears.  We gave him some infant Motrin, which seemed to help.  Here are a few pictures I took of Sutton after we arrived back home.
Showing a little smile!
Playing with his "buddies"

Look at my band aids.  I had 2 shots in one leg and 1 in the other leg!
